• Creating the background
• Adding an outline to brushes

First make a black background for your layout. I like a noise background, but you can do whatever you want to do.

Add white brushes of all types, splatter, vector, paint, text-- be creative.

Next, add a vector circle brush. To add some interest to the layout, alter the size ([/] on your keyboard) as you add the brush, to vary the size.

Give that layer a drop shadow and outline.

Repeat brush steps with another color.
Add another brush layer, and make these brushes black. Set it to overlay and give those brushes an offset outline. Notice there is no drop shadow on these.

Add the next layer of brushes in the same style you added the first two.

Add another layer of vector brushes, but these do not have to be circles. I used splatter, circle and a bunch of others. Again, set this layer to overlay, give an offset outline & no drop shadow.

Now, add a layer of white brushes (any and all styles) and give a drop shadow.

Right click the top most layer (white brushes) and choose New layer from Visible from the menu. Go to Filter >>Enhance >> Sharpen and shapen the layer a bit.

And finally, add yor PSD, textarea (I belive in the normal ones!), and guild name.
